The song features Trini soca masters Kes the Band and Bunji Garlin, and definitely reflects the sizzling vibe of the islands. The hype beat—the new Belize Rum riddim, from Vegas’ MV Music—makes it nearly impossible to stand still, and will surely have di gyal dem moving at next week’s Miami Carnival, and at parties around the globe. Ladies, feel like yuh wanna bruk-bruk-bruk-bruk it down but not sure if you know exactly how? From female video director Jay Jay (of Terminal 4, the team behind Lexx’s “Rugu Rugu video) and Mr. Vegas, we have a brand-new video (premiering right here) featuring Dance Xpressionz, the Kingston dance crew featured in the “Bruk it Down” video. Watch the ladies of Dance Xpressionz demonstrate the choreography, as well as that of two other recent Vegas hits, “Party Tun Up” and “Run Up n Down.” Those two are mere warm-ups, apparently, for the strenuousness of Bruk it Down. As Dance Xpressionz’s Shelly says, “If you are able, try it, if you are not able, don’t try it, just watch and enjoy it.”

If all the be-spandexed Jamaican behinds brukking it down in Mr. Vegas’ original “Bruk it Down” video weren’t enough for you, Vegas has got you covered in his second video for 2012′s biggest dancehall smash, which blends the original audio with his “Bruk It Down (Soca Remix)” with Alison Hinds. Video director Jay Will traveled to Barbados, Trinidad and Turks and Caicos, Jamaica, NYC to capture the visuals this time and there’s plenty of spandex to go around—not to mention a Jamaican “policewoman” and New York “nurses” brukking it down. The video, which hits just in time for the start of Cropover next week, also features a snippet video for Vegas’ followup single, “Party Tun Up.” Watch it here:
