After a 2012 that ended with a Major Lazer-backed mixtape and very positive reviews for his performance at Sting, we named Jamar “Chronixx” McNaughton as our top artist to watch for 2013. It only made sense to get a little background on the fellow who looks like he’ll be making major moves over the next 12 months. LargeUp caught up with Chronixx in late December at Mikey Bennett’s Grafton Street studio, where, a week before a major concert alongside Sizzla, he gave us some context about his life and work.
